Hays are working with a public sector client who require an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a freelance basis.

This appealing role will give the ideal candidate the opportunity to work on a million pound extension and refurb project.

What you'll need to succeed
The client has specified that the preferred candidate will have QS experience with the ability to draft contracts and also deal with valuations and payments. You will be able to prove that you have the ability to manage and competently run projects, whilst managing internal or external design teams.
