Associate Planner

Are you a Senior or Associate Planner in need of a change? Are you waiting for a promotion that doesn't seem like it will arrive and need to make a move to gain recognition and more responsibility?

A major property consultancy based in London is looking to further grow their Planning team with the appointment of an Associate Planner to lead on major projects, manage junior colleagues and assist a Senior Director with business development and further expansion of the department. You will be working with a range of private developers, investors, institutions and estates, advising on their property portfolios and working on their Planning strategy.

About You

With 5-10 years' experience, you will be comfortable in dealing with major planning applications across the UK and have experience in working in the private sector, for either a developer or consultancy. Your strong ability to communicate an argument eloquently both written and verbally will allow you to progress further in the role alongside your expert understanding of the UK planning system.

Management experience will also be useful as there are junior members of the team that will be reporting directly to you on projects on a regular basis.
