Your new role

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will join Birmingham team in Rail Commercial Service team. Your task will be to provide pre and post contract quantity surveying services to commercial clients, prepare estimates, analyse and utilise technical and commercial project documentation, while ensuring high level of service is delivered on time.

What you'll need to succeed

To qualify for this role, you will be:

• working towards their RICS membership
• have Infrastructure or Civils experience
• be familiar with standards forms of contract, especially NEC
