Site Manager - Shipston On Stour

Your new company

As Site Manager, you will be working with one of the Midlands fastest growing high spec developers, on a new flagship 130 unit site in Shipston on Stour, near Stratford Upon Avon. If you are looking to work for an award winning, house builder that work predominantly within the Midlands, on sites that offer variety, with realistic build programmes and a strong senior management team then this could be the ideal opportunity for you!

Your new role

You will be able to make your mark on site from day one, managing the site from groundworks through to final handover, delivering high spec 3/5-bedroom traditional built homes in Shipston On Stour. Working closely with your Contracts Manager, you will be provided with the support needed to handover quality homes in one of the Midlands most prestigious locations. Your role as Site Manager will involve managing trades /labour, ordering materials, ensuring health and safety procedures are adhered to and the build programme is met.

What you'll need to succeed

A strong understanding of the build process, and the ability to motivate trades/labour will be key to your success. Being able to effectively plan works on site, meet quality standards, whilst working effectively with both senior management and your commercial team will be essential, to deliver quality homes for clients.

Key requirements:

• S.M.S.T.S
• First Aid certificate.
• Prior Site experience as a Site Manager
