A Burton on Trent based house builder are looking to expand their close knit team. They are looking to recruit a self-motivated experienced Architectural Technician / Technologist. Their reputation of a quality house builder is well established, due to them winning a large number of new projects they are looking to appoint an Architectural Technician / Technologist and grow their team.

Your new role

You will be working on residential projects and will be responsible for seeing the projects through all the RIBA stages from inception to completion. As the sole responsible Architectural Technician / Technologist you will report directly to the commercial director and will sit within the commercial team.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have recent experience within the residential sector. AutoCAD experience. You will be a confident Architectural Technician / Technologist who is able to work on their own initiative and must have a full UK license.
