Regeneration Programme Manager - A part-time opportunity to lead on three integral regeneration projects

Your new company
Working in what is a vital and integral position working regionally in Somerset, you will be joining an organisation who are tasked with overseeing and delivering a number of regeneration and development projects across a number of local towns in the region.

Your new role
As a Regeneration Programme Manager you will take overall responsibility for the planning, co-ordination and direct delivery of three major regeneration projects, liaising throughout with a wider range of senior stakeholders with various involvements within the schemes. Specifically, you will develop project plans, lead on planning processes, lead on project business cases, prepare action plans and lead on issue of agendas and papers.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this senior position you should have existing experience leading on a number of regeneration or complex / mixed-use developments. You'll need to have a high level of practical project management ability, and experience of procurement, property and planning processes.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will be rewarded with an initial 12 month contract working part time for 2.5 days per week. You'll be paid a daily rate and will be entitled to annual leave.
