A new opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to join a main contractor on a permanent basis in Inverness

Your new company is a multi disciplined main contractor, based in the North of Scotland.

Your new role

Your new role will be a Site Manager on a residential project. You will be in charge of programming and procurement of materials, ensuring on site works run smoothly at all times. You will be supported onsite by an Assistant Site Manager and report into the Construction Director. Your role will begin in the residential sector but will have possibilities of a variety of projects throughout your career.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful you will need to have vast experience in Site Management within the construction industry. Experience within the residential sector is essential. You must have a valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificate.
