Permanent opportunity for a Site Manager to join a local main contractor located in Inverness

Your new company

Your new company is an established main contractor who specialises in the construction of commercial and residential new build and refurbishment projects within the Highlands and Moray.

Your new role

Your new role as Site Manager will see you managing a construction site located within Inverness. you will be responsible for planning, procurement of materials and execution of projects. You will ensure your team is kept on track and budget accordingly, liaising with sub contractors and also reacting and adapting to any possible challenges. You will report to the Operations Director.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed you will have previous experience running a construction site alone as a Site Manager. You will have an SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificate.
