A Lincolnshire based practice are take on a temporary Architectural Technician on an ongoing basis. They are looking to recruit a technically minded Technician / Technologist. The practice are Revit forward. Their reputation as a practice is growing fast and they have a clear vision of where they would like to take the business.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be assisting with preparation of tender/construction information packages for a £2M+ bespoke private dwellings. You must have experience of detailing contemporary buildings, NBS specification/NBS schedule software. You must be proficient within AutoCAD and Revit. Experience of appraising tender is desirable and you must have experience and/or knowledge of modern methods of construction
