roles available for Chartered GP Surveyors on a temporary contract in central Cardiff. minimum of 6 months work available and potential for a permanent role for the right candidate.
You will report into Head of Property dealing with acquisitions and disposals and for one of the roles valuations experience is essential, ideally in a Primary Care environment.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a RICS Chartered Survey with General practice experience.
You will have strong interpersonal skills and be a good team player.
You will be looking for a temporary contract and be able to commit to a minimum of 6 months work.

What you'll get in return
This role equates to a Band 7 which starts at around the £17 per hour mark and for exceptionally experienced candidate can push up towards the higher end of the band circa £27 per hour.
