Project Manager
Manchester or Leeds Office
Leading construction and property consultancy with exposure to sectors including higher education, academies, commercial, retail, health, residential and leisure, are currently seeking to appoint a Project Manager with strong contract administration skills in either Manchester or Leeds
You will be comfortable leading and managing project procurement, delivery and commissioning and liaising with key stakeholders. You will control all project budgets including consultant fees, keeping track of progress and ensuring that the project is on time and on budget.
You will have strong previous experience as a Project Manager managing a variety of construction projects ideally across the commercial and residential sectors.
Experience of NEC Contracts preferable.
