APC Building Surveyor

Your new company
This SME multidisciplinary construction consultancy based in Central London works on a range of projects, from large-scale new build and refurbishment projects to smaller value design and construction work . This is carried out in a diverse range of sectors, including Education, Heritage, Commercial, Automotive and Retail, Leisure and Residential.

Your new role
You will be working on a variety of projects within London, with the majority of the work revolving around the education sector. You will work underneath one of the Directors, and whilst being supported through your APC, you will carry out works on schools, refurbishments, and specifically doing condition surveys, and writing specifications and tendering for works.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have graduated university with a RICS accredited degree within the past five years and have actively worked as a Graduate Building Surveyor, gaining relevant project work experience. You will want to undertake your APC and have the drive to progress and grow alongside the company.
