Mechanical Contracts Manager - Croydon - £50k - £60k + Pension, New Car or Allowance + Package


We are working with a well established M&E contractor based in Croydon, Surrey who are looking for a skilled Mechanical Contracts Manager to work overseeing Commercial, Education and High-end Residential new build projects. The ideal candidate will ideally come from a site management or contracts management background with the ability to run multiple busy projects whilst providing leadership and technical support to their direct reports.

The role will be reporting directly to the MD of the Mechanical team and you will be required to work alongside the estimating teams and site supervisors to ensure the functionality of the sites under your control.

• HND/HNC Mechanical or equivalent (Building Services)
• Plumbing or heating background
• Management experience
• Multi site experience
• Managing clients
• Strong Leadership
• Financial awareness
• Managing KPI's
• Contract management experience
• Residential experience
• SMSTS
• First Aid
