A brand-new Graduate / APC Commercial Property Management Surveying job opportunity to join a niche growing chartered surveying practice in Central London. This role would be ideal for a commercial surveyor with an RICS degree and industry experience who is looking to train and become a chartered surveyor.

A brand new opportunity to join a highly respected independent multi-disciplined firm of chartered surveyors who have been established within the London market for over 75 years. The business offers a full range of professional services covering property management, commercial agency, building surveying and architecture. This director led consultancy is seeking a General Practice Graduate / APC Surveyor to join the property management department.

Your new role

The successful candidate will be offered the opportunity to take advantage of their RICS accredited degree and enrol onto the APC programme. Day to day responsibilities will include; assisting a surveyor and director with a selected central London commercial portfolio, tenant liaison, service charge management, rent collection and rent demands, processing tenant application and maintaining full building health & safety and compliance.

What you'll need to succeed

RICS accredited degree
The ideal candidate will come with previous commercial surveying industry experience and a real interested to work within a fast-paced commercial property management team. The business is looking for a team player, a candidate who has the ability to negotiate and deal with client facing situations.
