Acting on behalf of its clients, this organisation own, develop, design, build and maintain some of the most prestigious data centres projects in Europe with future expansion globally on the horizon.

Your new role
As the Project Director, you will be responsible for the undertaking of the building contract and development agreement with their customer. You will provide leadership to the project delivery team including taking ownership of the contract documents ensuring all stakeholders are managed. You will have overall responsibility for the projects delivery ensuring all facets are a success.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must be a true data centre professional with expert knowledge of administering and managing new build construction projects. A strong leader and communicator, you will possess a strong commitment to empowering and developing a high performing team. Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to understand the wider group developments are critical to the success of this role.
