Development Manager

£75000 - £80000
As senior development manager you will ensure the delivery of high value residential schemes in accordance with the criteria identified within the approved Masterplan. This will include schemes that may contain elements of PfS, shared ownership, social housing, BtR or co-living.
Project delivery is the key and you will be accountable for the success of each Project, leading at every stage, working collaboratively, cross functionally from Concept to Practical Completion and handover to the Aftercare Team in accordance with the Project Delivery Gateway Document and process.
You will, at all times ensure collaboration and co-ordination with internal teams including Design, Planning, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Quality, Estate management and Aftercare.
The ideal candidate will be RICS qualified and have at least 5 years of experience of working for a residential developer or in the residential development sector for a consultant.
