Team Manager / Associate Building Services Engineer

The Opportunity

As an Associate Building Services Engineer based at their office in Oxford you will work on a wide variety of prestigious and unique projects from large scale schemes to smaller more unique and challenging schemes. Your role would be to lead project teams through delivery and with support from the senior team develop a strong client base of your own.

Main Duties

* Assist with developing Building Services within our clients organisation and be part of the Building Services discipline group
* Lead the technical development of the group
* Assisting the Partners to lead and manage the Building Services team
* Manage existing clients and develop further opportunities
* Look to grow the group on the back of new and repeat clients
* Be responsible for resourcing and delivering to a financial target
* Raise awareness of our clients by attendance at networking events, seminars and business development events

About You

* Educated to degree or HND level
* Chartered Engineer
* Experienced at leading projects and a team of engineers
* Outgoing and personable, with both colleagues and clients

You will have experience with designing projects from conception through to completion (including calculations, drawings, specifications), whilst demonstrating commercial awareness in winning work.
