Principal/Associate Electrical Design Engineer job, London, £60-70k, design focused creative consultancy

This high performing design focused building services consultancy works on high-end projects in association with leading architects. A diverse project history across many sectors and building types, with strengths in residential, including luxury private residences and mixed-used blocks, and high value commercial. A growing team of 20+ with a youthful mindset and a creative vision, work out of their offices in one of central London's creative hubs. They have a respected and developed BIM offering, which all Engineers contribute to, and a philosophy of ensuring that all Engineers support the environmental aspects of each project. Seeing continued growth of their business, there is an opportunity for an ambitious Electrical Design Engineer to take a key role as the second in command for electrical matters. A strong Principal Engineer, or a developed Associate, will take a role that aims to develop into a Director title in the coming years as the business continues to grow.

Your new role
You will take a key role in your new business, acting as the second in command for electrical, reporting only to the Electrical Director. You will lead on electrical design work, managing client relationships, and support developing Engineers. For ambitious Engineers seeking a path to Director, support will be offered to allow you to take this role in the coming years as the business continues to expand.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a high performing and highly technical Engineer, with a sense of creativity in solving design challenges, and be motivated to work on luxury and technical projects in the residential and commercial sectors. You will already be working at a Senior, Principal, or Associate level within a quality building services consultancy and capable of independently leading project work.
