Senior Town Planner - London Developer

A major London developer is looking to expand the team further with the addition of an experienced, capable and ambitious Town Planner in their North London office. Working within the Land & Planning team you will be advising on new sites, taking major schemes through Planning using in house knowledge and also managing external consultants and working closely with the local community and local authorities.

If you think this could be the ideal role for you, there are a few expectations from the developer. Firstly, a good understanding of the UK Planning system and hopefully a working knowledge of certain London boroughs. On top of this you will have 3-5 years' experience of working in Planning either with a local authority, consultancy or developer.
