A fantastic opportunity has arisen for three maintenance operatives to join a large Facilities team across one large static site. This company has an extensive portfolio of delivering maintenance to high standards across a variety of environments.

Your new role
You will be responsible for proactive maintenance across a large static site to rectify problems before they escalate. The three roles will be split into an electrician a plumber and a fabric technician. What you'll need to succeed This role is suitable for junior maintenance operatives looking to expand their skillset in building maintenance with progression opportunities to later join the engineering team and develop a long-standing career within building maintenance.

NVQ level qualification or time served experience in a maintenance discipline such as plumbing, electrical or fabric is required. The ability to work across multiple trades and disciplines is significantly advantageous.
