Your new company
You will work for a leading Developer based in Nottingham, just outside of the city centre. They have multiple offices across the UK, and are keen to keep on growing. They work with a number of sectors including residential, retail, mixed use and fast food.

Your new role
You will work in a team of Directors and Senior level Development Surveyors, working across large scale projects, as well as your own workload. You will work with appraisals and budget control, acquisitions and disposals, planning and procurement of reports, contract tender and management of construction delivery stage to completion.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience in a quantity surveyor or development manager post, and have a great understanding of the complete development process. You will be keen to develop your career within a developer, and work on some of the regions most prestigious projects.
