Site Manager - Refurb & New Build up to £4m


Your new company
A leading regional contractor and member of the North West Construction Hub framework are looking for an experienced Site Manager to deliver as No 1 on site. Projects include new build and refurb ranging in value from £200k - £4m. This is a well established contractor who are highly thought of by all stakeholders, and can demonstrate excellent levels of staff retention.

Your new role
You will deliver as Site Manager, taking overall responsibility for projects from site set up to completion. You will maintain the highest levels of H&S on site, and will oversee the management of all trades and sub-contractors on site. You will conduct progress meetings with the client and Contracts Manager, and will also produce weekly works programmes. You will ensure the project is completed on time and in budget, value engineering and problem solving as any issues arise on site.

What you'll need to succeed
You have experience working as No 1 on site, have experience of steel frame and have delivered a variety of new build and refurb projects. Experience with public sector clients like schools and the NHS is adventageous.
