Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

A permanent role for a Mechanical Design Engineer with a international Consultancy in Warrington.

Your new company
This is an international company with a turnover of over £2 billion. They have over 50 years of experience working within the building services industry. This consultancy gets involved in the design, commissioning, testing and facilities management of building services across healthcare, aerospace, transport and industrial sectors. They have won a number of new projects and are now expanding their team.

Your new role
You will be producing mechanical designs, specification, calculations and reports across various sector. You will be present in regular meetings where you will be able to contribute to design ideas. This role will also require site visits where you will be able to commission and test the mechanical services.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a degree in building services or equivalent, with previous experience working within the design office. In this role it is essential that you are proficient with AutoCAD, hevacomp and previous experience using Revit would be beneficial.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 with a benefits package that does include pension contribution, salary increase at Christmas and a great modern office. You will be working alongside a friendly and sociable team.
