2x Town Planner, Working on a range of household, £20-£28PH, Contracting 3 Months+

Your new company will be a diverse south London borough which has a huge range of development needs. The team is known for there excellent work ethic with a brilliant working environment. The offices are located only twenty minuets from central London with good access via public transport.

Your new role


To deliver a service that has a significant impact on the client community ensuring close co-ordination with related services, in support of a customer-centric organisation.To analyse, interpret and present a range of information and data relating to Planning Applications and the Local Development Plan (and other planning policy documents), including recommendations on applications submitted under planning and associated legislation.

What you'll need to succeed


You will need a understanding of the application of Development management systems. A knowledge and application of Town and the associated legislation. Proven communication skills, with the ability to present to a diverse range of internal and external audiences using a variety of media and approaches. Negotiation skills/proven ability in negotiation in challenging situations. Ideally you will have a degree in in Town Planning or a RTPI equivalent subject, with a proven track record of handling a range of development management applications.
