Assistant Site Manager

Established in the 1980's, this organisation enjoys a reputation for building high quality new homes in Lincolnshire. They build a range of new homes, from houses and apartments suitable for the first time buyers, through to five bedroom executive homes. The organisation places great emphasis on structural integrity and finishing properties to a high standard and regularly win awards for their work. We are currently looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager.

Your new role
Working closely with the Site Manager you will be responsible for managing the construction activities in a safe and professional manner. You will be responsible for site planning, staff and contractors supervision, material ordering and scheduling, on site health and safety, inspections and overall management of customer care.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will hold SMSTS or SSSTS with previous experience within a similar role. If you have previous experience working within the housing sector in an assistant manager role this would be highly advantageous.

What you'll get in return
Salary £30,000-£38,000, dependant on experience, plus additional benefits. Working within a growing and reputable housing firm, with genuine scope for career progression and development.
