Electrical Supervisor - Industrial electrical installation

Electrical Supervisor overseeing over 25 electrical installation technicians. Temp to perm role.

Your new role

You will be responsible for a large team of over 25 - 70 electricians who will be completing electrical trunking, conduit and final connections. You will ensure that the quality of the work completed is as per the specification of the job and ensure the programme is adhered to. You will work with the Electrical Project Engineers to make sure the jobs are on time. Management of sub-contractors on site.


What you'll need to succeed

• Leadership skills with an ability to motivate team members
• Previous experience in electrical installation services - ideally within the industrial sector
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• IT literate
• Excellent organisation skills
• 17th Edition qualified
• IOSH Managing Safety
• Experience in a supervisory role previously
• ECS card holder
• City & Guilds Electrical Inspection and Testing 2391 etc

What you'll get in return

The position will begin on a temporary basis for a 6 month period. Then the role will be transferred to a permanent contract. The temporary rates are between 22-25 p/hr depending on experience and a maximum of £36,500 per annum on a permanent basis, plus 33 days leave, 4% pension. Free parking.
