Disrepair Surveyor

Interim Disrepair Surveyor, West Midlands, Competitive Rate, MRICS


On behalf of my surveying practice client working within the insurance sector, I am currently seeking an interim Disrepair Surveyors, to support their continuous growth and success.


Your new Role:

As an interim Legal Disrepair Surveyor, you will be responsible for carrying out any section 11 single and joint inspections, producing cavity wall defect reports, insurance defect diagnosis reports, schedules of reinstatement and if appointed, you may also be involved with insurance project management.

What you will need:

• MRICS with a strong residential background preferably in disrepair and residential/housing, extensive experience in section 11 reports or alternatively in insurance related work.
• You will have excellent writing skills and experience preparing accurate and detailed reports.
