Site Supervisor Required

I am recruiting on behalf of a huge, reputable company across the South Coast who are now in urgent need of help on new highway/motorway works. They specialise in varied commercial projects but this is a long project for roughly 2 years doing smart motorway works to M27 and linking in to M3. Based nearer Southampton along this stretch of works currently.

You will be a site supervisor ensuring all works are completed to deadline and maintaining high standards of health and safety. Will be working night shifts Monday-Friday with an agreed day rate of £250 a day starting as a temp for roughly 4 weeks. Then if working out will go to perm with a negotiable salary.


Must have extensive knowledge in supervising highway/motorway works. Must have knowledge in traffic management, curbing, foundations, barriers, road signs, excavation, drainage, man holes and all aspects of highway works. Must have SMSTS, CSCS and first aid qualifications or equivalent to the SMSTS ideally. Must be willing to over see projects and ensure everything is on track. Excellent communication skills is essential to this role.
