Working for the developer and landlord of various commercial hubs in commuter locations and city centre this individual will be part of a new role created as part of the asset management function of a rapidly growing portfolio.

Reporting to the Head of Project Management, you will have control of your own budget and projects to manage and prioritise. Your base will be flexible however its anticipated you will spend 3 days in Reading/M4 Corridor and 2 days in the city.

Responsible for contract administration of schemes associated with existing commercial facilities and tenant fit-out with values ranging from £100,000 to £3 million.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and understanding of commercial property and contract administration however will also be able to take overall responsibility of these projects and the customer. The business operates around a focus on customer relationships and each member of the team must embrace this and continue to build on this relationship.
