MRICS Building Surveyor - Client side

This is a unique opportunity to start with a major landlord and commercial property developer to establish an in-house building surveying department.

We are recruiting for a head of the team and also a very senior no.2. Both will be responsible for developing the strategy in collaboration with the asset management department and development project managers.

The opportunity will best suit an individual who has proven technical ability preferably as a rounded surveyor with equal professional and project skill. This individual will then build a strong bond with the asset managers, property managers, leasing and projects departments. Working with these colleagues on licenses, dilapidations, party wall, TDD and contract administration.

Consultants will be available to meet the peaks of workload and to offer professional advice when necessary however the in house unit need to use this resources smartly and at all times keeping in mind the end user/client.
