Permanent Site Manager for construction job in Sussex.

Working for a main contractor in the South East based around the Sussex area. The company work on projects from repeat clients and framework projects in sectors including education, healthcare, flats and apartments, small housing sites etc. They are a professional and friendly company and are looking for a new site manager to join their team following the retirement of a long standing Senior Site Manager. The company have a steady and long term employee base and roles do not often become available so this represents a Sussex employment option that does not often arise. Your new role
The role of Site Manager or Senior Site Manager offers the immediate role on a £4m project. The site is for flats and apartments of an higher then usual specification. The role of Site MAnager involves the usual requirement to effectively manage and oversee all site activities and liaise with the visiting Contracts manager to provide the client with a first class service and building.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced manager with high standards, who is looking to work for a local regional contractor . The following qualifications are required -
* SMSTS
* CSCS Managers card
* 1st Aid at Work (or willingness to do qualification)
* 8 years + experience
