A brand new job opportunity to join a historical family estate as a commercial estates / asset manager. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to join a small team in central London where you will be responsible for a prestigious estate.

Your new role

As a commercial Estates / Asset manager the successful candidate will be responsible for a segment of London portfolio taking a lead on property management, leasing agency, negotiations of rent reviews, lease renewals, writing and implementing asset management business plans and reporting to the board on a quarterly basis. The role offers an opportunity for an MRICS surveyor who is looking to broaden their asset management experience within a friendly client-side estates environment, a perfect platform to take responsibility and ownership over your career.

What you'll need to succeed

MRICS - ESSENTIAL (Applicants without this qualification will NOT be considered)

The successful candidate will carry previous commercial real estate experience managing similar assets in central London. A surveyor who can demonstrate a track record of managing listed assets with leases inside & outside the 54 Act is preferable. All round general practice skills are required.
