Your new role
Site manager reporting into visiting contracts manager
9 unit site with infrastructure currently underway
You will be responsible for taking the site from inception through to completion

What you'll need to succeed
High standards and the ability to deliver bespoke dwellings valued up to £900,000
Proven experience delivering small sites
SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS qualified
Please note NHBC volume house builders will not be considered for this position
