Your new company
A Major UK house Builders are looking to recruit a Technical Coordinator to add to their Leicestershire based office.

Your new role
You will report to the Technical and Design manager alongside 3 other Technical Coordinators within the team. You will be responsible for;

• Managing consultants to bring together the design package for a development including house type drawings, obtaining third party designs and obtaining structural checks from engineers.
• Producing materials plans, conveyance plans and amending site layouts on CAD.
• Discharging planning conditions relating to the site along with providing information to the NHBC in order to clear building control for CML.
• Managing queries and problems from site with the site team on up to 8 sites at any one time.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have had experience in a similar role before as this company are looking for someone who is capable of hitting the ground running upon starting. You must be AutoCAD proficient and have a track record of working for a house builder .
