Your new company
A long standing regional contractor with an excellent reputation with all stake holders and subcontractors are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team, delivering on a variety of steel frame new build and extension projects on schools, offices and industrial schemes which range in value from £1-4m.

Your new role
You will work as No 1 on site, from set up to hand over. You will report to the Contracts Manager on a weekly basis on will also be involved with client management and progress reporting. You will ensure the highest standards of health and safety are maintained on site, and will ensure the project is delivered on time and in budget. You will manage all trades and sub-contractors on site.

What you'll need to succeed
You have a stable work history, and has plenty of experience delivering on new build steel frame projects as No 1 on site. SMSTS, first aid, H&S is also required.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a basic salary which is negotiable up to £42k plus car/car allowance, company pension. Full details on package are available on request
