Estimator

Permanent Estimator role, Commercial Roofing sub contractor, Derbyshire based, East Midlands projects

My client is an established roofing contractor based in the East Midlands. They work predominantly in the Commercial sector and complete works for Tier 1 main contractors and regional developers. Owing to continued success in the market the organisation are seeking an Estimator to join their ranks on a permanent basis.

The role will involve working as part of the commercial team working on projects on a range of building projects. You will have a proven record of working with in the construction industry and reading/ interpreting drawings and producing take off's. You will also be confident with measurements and have a strong working knowledge of Excel.

Roofing experience is desirable but not essential as the company are willing to provide training and guidance in the specialism. The organisation are looking for a candidate who has a minimum of 1 year of experience.
