Permanent Site Manager role, Medium Contractor, Commercial D&B projects, Derbyshire, Salary Negotiable

Your new company
You will be working for a regional design and build contractor who are based in the Derbyshire area. The organisation are privately owned and deliver tailored bespoke works to their client base. The company operate in the Industrial, Education, Office space, Retail and Healthcare sectors. Due to expansion my client are seeking a permanent Site Manager to join their ranks.

Your new role
You will report into the Director of the company and take a hands on role within operational management. The role will involve organising sub- contractors and design and build co-ordination. You will responsible for working on projects in the range of £5 Million and delivering the required standards of quality. The position will require you to deliver tool box talks and monitor material levels. Monitoring health and safety on site will also be part of the duties. The role will cover Nottingham, Derby and Liecestershire locations.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in securing this role you will have experience of working in the relevant sectors for a Small to Medium or Larger main contractor. You will demonstrate a proven track record of permanent employment deliver projects between £3 Million and £10 Million. You will have CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualifications.
