A building consultancy based in Newark are looking to recruit a Permanent Architectural Technician on a permanent basis.

Your new role

You will be working as an integral part of the retail team delivering new build and fit out projects across the UK. You will be working alongside the key client and will be responsible for taking the lead role in delivering the technical package of information throughout the project. You potentially will be getting involved in other projects that the consultancy run such as their Residential and Commercial development sector.

What you'll need to succeed

You must be a motivated and driven individual with strong communication skills and has 5+ years' experience within an Architectural role. You must have used Revit for 3+ years must have experience of using AutoCAD. You must also have knowledge of technical building design and UK building regulations.
