Your new company

Our Client is a highly successful company based on the outskirts of Colchester. They work within Suffolk and Essex and have built an excellent reputation for quality and customer service. They're well known for their versatility and willingness to work on a wide range of projects. They cover everything from retail units, schools, car dealerships and social housing.

Your new role

They're looking for an Estimator who comes from a residential or commercial background and is keen to develop their skills and progress in their career on similar projects. They're open to candidates of senior level or those who have the desire to add to existing experience and progress into a senior role.

What you'll need to succeed

• Wide experience in the discipline within the house building or commercial industry
• Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and Health and Safety requirements
• Ability to work within and oversee a team
• Competent IT skills
• Any systems knowledge or additional training would be of benefit
