We have a great opportunity for you to join a successful family business based in Colchester. They have worked on projects in the area for over 50 years building up an outstanding reputation for high standards in both quality and customer service. They specialise in commercial, residential builds and refurbishment projects which includes the building of medical centres, schools and retail units.

Your new role

You will be working within a well developed supportive commercial team, you will be involved on exciting and modern projects across the East. As Quantity Surveyor you will be working on pricing of material, managing sub contractor payments and making sure all deadlines are met.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role my clients are looking for someone with considerable Quantity Surveying experience within main contracting. Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent within Quantity Surveying and an excellent track record on previous projects.
