Contracts Manager based in Woodbridge


Your new company

You will be working for a family run Building Contractor that specialise in extensions and new builds.

Your new role

You will be required to oversee up to 8 gangs on 5 projects at anyone time. These projects can range from anywhere between £100K to £2.5M, you will also be required to price up work at these values. The role is office and site based.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be a strong leader and team player. Previous experience in a similar role where you're overseeing one or multiple jobs at anyone time whilst also pricing work would be preferred.
