APC Graduate Commercial Surveyor

Your new role
As a Surveyor in the team, you will work closely with clients to provide a tailor made service to a wide range of clients in the industrial, retail, office and commercial sectors across Yorkshire. You will work with service charges, lease events for professional work, and manage maintenance matters. You will work alongside more senior surveyors who will assist in training and mentoring through your APC to MRICS level.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a BSc in Real Estate or equivalent Property related degree, and a desire to work in property management with interesting commercial clients. You may have 1-2 years experience already, and be working towards your APC, or you may have already qualified as MRICS and be looking for a newly Chartered position, which would also be available.
