Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer

Specialist M&E consultancy in Preston looking for an Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer.

Your new company
This is a specialist M&E consultancy located just outside of Preston. They work predominantly within the healthcare, commercial and education sector where the value of the project can vary from a couple of thousand pounds up to couple of million pound schemes.
They are well known in Lancashire with a lot of the work coming from repeat business.

Your new role
You will be working alongside more senior M&E engineers delivering full projects from initial concept through to detailed design and handover. You will be expected to work unsupervised and be able to use relevant industry software including AutoCAD, Dialux and Relux to deliver the designs and calculations.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree qualified in electrical engineering or equivalent with post graduate experience within building services industry. You will have experience working on projects within the education, commercial and/or healthcare sector.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £30,000 - £38,000. You will be working in a nice office environment that the company designed themselves. They offer flexible working arrangement, on site parking, pension contribution and they have excellent retention of staff.
