Your new role

You will need to prepare specifications, tendering and providing contract administration services. along with preparing technical drawings on Auto CAD for project instructions.
You will offer project monitoring services on behalf of lenders for various construction projects and prepare feasibility studies and sketch scheme designs for a wide variety of building types..

What you'll need to succeed

Our client is looking for a personable and willing individual who is happy to undertake local and nationwide business development initiative. You will also need to be pro-active being able to display excellent interpersonal skills, with a high level of attention to detail and ability to self-manage.

For this role you will need to be MRICS (essential) and have completed a degree in Building Surveying (or relevant degree) to be able to sign off work. As well as that you must hold a full driving license.
