Associate Valuer of Commercial Property for surveying practice in Leeds

Your new role
Working alongside the Director of the Valuation team, you will work autonomously, delivering Valuation services to a range of clients across industrial, retail, office, commercial/residential development, and residential investment sectors. Substantial amount of secured lending work for a number of the mainstream lenders as well as Pension Fund valuation work, Financial Statements and Tax purposes amongst others. You will undertake Portfolio valuation instructions and specialist work also.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be operating as a Senior Surveyor or Associate level valuer, ideally with a strong network built with lenders and agents across the Yorkshire area. You should have strong technical valuation skills and excellent report writing skills, as well as demonstrable experience building established client relationships.
