Associate Building Surveyor

I am looking to speak with Senior / Associate Chartered Building Surveyors that are looking to join an already established nationwide Consultancy based in the City.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an experienced team across a mixture of both public and private sector. The role provides a challenging and exciting opportunity to develop your career within a current dynamic team.

You will work close with the Director and will be actively involved in the Building Surveying management team.

Your duties will include:

• Running own projects
• Bid proposal/preparation and representing the firm on client meetings, presentations, etc.
• Quality control checking of documents, reports etc.
• Legal/expert witness work

Ideally you will have:

• Chartered membership of RICS
• Project management experience of building maintenance work, refurbishment and alterations of existing buildings
• Contract administration experience (JCT / NEC3)
• Knowledge of building principles, preparing plans and specifications
• Ability to monitor and report on progress and expenditure of projects
