Contract Manager

A contracts manager job in the North West paying £47k+ package for a high end fit out contractor.

Your new company
You will join an established contractor who specialise in fast track refurbishment and fit out schemes across the North West. They work across a variety of sectors including healthcare, commercial and education. Their schemes range in value from £100k - £6m. They have a strong order book for 2019 and their clients are at the for front of everything they do. Due to company expansion they are making the appointment of an additional contracts manager to join their construction team.

Your new role
You will report to their construction director and join a team of managers. You will manage 3-4 schemes at one time and successfully deliver the projects on time & within budget as well as making sure that the sites have sufficient labour to complete the projects. Dependant on the size of the project you will have a site manager or working foreman managing the scheme day to day. Client relationships are a major part of the role therefore you will manage the clients from start to finish. You will spend 2/3 days office based and you will manage your time to suit you.

What you'll need to succeed
You will currently be working within a fast track environment as a project / contract manager. You will be able to establish lasting relationships with clients and site staff and you must enjoy managing people. You will have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will have an excellent understanding of health and safety.

What you'll get in return
You will be offered a salary of £43,000 - £47,000 + Car Package + Benefits. You will receive support from the company's directors and join a well established team with a strong pipeline of work. Development is very much encouraged with this business.
