Estimator Role in Oxfordshire for National Housebuilder - Paying up to £52k depending on experience

Your new company
Our client is a well respected national housebuilder based in Oxfordshire. They are seeking an Estimator to join their team in order to add to their pre-construction team as well as help move the business forward with expansion plans. This developer works across the Thames Valley area.

Your new role
Ideally they are looking for someone who has a background working on residential projects either for a housing developer or a contractor and who is keen to progress their career continuing doing similar projects. They are also open to candidates that have experience being at Junior or intermediate level.

What you'll need to succeed

• Wide experience in the discipline within the housebuilding industry.
• Strong knowledge of Building Regulations, NHBC and Health and Safety requirements.
• Managing a team
• IT literate.
• Knowledge of the Coins system would be of a benefit
