Hays are currently recruiting for an experienced Site / Facilities Supervisor at HMP Hewell on an ongoing basis.

Your new role
Your new position will be acting as Site / Facilities Supervisor for the prison. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will be expected to assist in the day to day running of the estates department including supervising trades, ensuring planned and reactive maintenance are completed within designated timescales and within budget, logging jobs on the computer system, etc

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for the position, you must have previous facilities experience and ideally come from a trades or mechanical / electrical background. A facilities related qualification would be advantageous.

In return, you will receive a temporary ongoing contract with the potential of this turning into a permanent post for a suitable candidate.
