Maintenance Electrician, covering Somerset area, paying £18 - £20 an hour

Your new company will be an award winning housing association who own more than 30,000 homes across the UK and have an amazing reputation of improving services for all their loyal customers. They provide maintenance support for all these customers from fabric services to building and regular planned maintenance services.

Your new role
Your new role will be as a Maintenance Electrician covering the Somerset area, you will be providing planned and reactive maintenance services across occupied, void and remedial properties. You will be testing & inspecting these properties as well as carrying out routine boiler maintenance such as re-wiring boiler & heating systems.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed within your new role you will need to have 17th or 18th edition wiring regulations, 2391 testing & inspection as well as previous experience working within a similar position. You will need to have a UK driving license and have your own van, tools & testing equipment.
